Welcome Clubs!
Pull up alongside your fellow club members and pull out your pop-up tent. Chill by your car and spend time at the Show taking it all in!
There is no fee to park but you must have a ticket to enter the infield.
Tents- Your club is welcome to bring a small pop-up tent. It will need to be weighted (you might be able to put two sides in the grass). From your tent you can promote your club, we don’t charge anything for that! The only thing you can’t do from the tent is sell anything, if you want to sell anything you will need to purchase a 20 x 20 Swap space for $175.
Club Parking & Signs-You are welcome to put up a flag, signs, we want you to have fun.
Note: *We will have a window of time that cars need to arrive by so that the cars aren’t constantly moving during the show due to safety… attendees gawking at gorgeous cars tend to not always pay attention to the activity around them!

Club Parking
Club parking will be on the road course located on the infield of the track. We realize that everyone has different schedules. So, to ensure that your club will be able to all park together, upon arrival of the first members of your club, cones will be passed out to hold parking spots for other club members that may still be "on the road".

Group Lap Times
Reserve your Lap times for your entire club to go at the same time! From C1's to C8's all are welcome. Reservation includes 4 times around the 1.25 oval. Staging will start 15 minutes before your lap time.

We will have a professional photographer on site to take photos that you order directly from him.
We are working on a Friday evening post show event.
We will have the traditional Gold tour on Saturday evening - we are working on the Route.
